A great vacation spot!
This condo is amazing! The location is great and so close to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Gary, the owner, was a really great host. He checked on us before the trip, during and after. He made sure we had everything we needed and was available if we needed him. The condo was clean and very spacious. Would highly recommend it!! Great stay!
We enjoyed our time at Gary’s condo. The location was perfect and the heated pool was a nice addition to our vacation. The condo is beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds and couches. Overall we loved our stay, the view from the top floor is gorgeous and we loved all of the beach equipment, puzzles and games provided.Stayed 5 nights in Apr 20230Report review

Wonderful vacation
We had an amazing time on our trip. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved that we were able to cook in and relax if we wanted to. We loved the location and having a view of the ocean. The walk to the beach is quick and very easy. We rented a golf cart and drove to Seaside and Watercolor which was fun. Gary is very nice and helpful. Everything went very smooth so we could just relax and enjoy. Absolutely Perfect!
The condo was exactly as the photos depicted. It is sooooo beautiful and at the same time so cozy and relaxing! The beds are incredibly comfortable! Gary is the most gracious host! Great property
My friends and I had a great time at this condo. Gary and his property manager were very responsive. We had everything we needed, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We had a pretty terrible weather day one day, and found the closet stocked with games. On the day we did go to the beach, there were beach chairs for us to borrow. Perfect Stay on 30A!
We loved staying at Gary’s beach condo. The unit was clean, had an ocean view and was very convenient to the beach. You’re in the heart of 30A and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Our family has been coming to 30A for years and this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Great location!
This property was great! the location was so close and a 5 min walk to the beach! Right next to Perfect Pig too for a great meal! The owner was a great communicator and so thoughtful to check in and make sure we were having a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. I would also say that the condo is bigger in person than it looks on the site. We had a great view of the ocean and enjoyed the porch many times!
